Pine Bluffs Mayor Justin Fornstrom appointed to fill vacant Wyoming House seat

CHEYENNE — Pine Bluffs Mayor Justin Fornstrom was selected to fill the vacant House District 10 seat following the passing of former Rep. John Eklund in November.
